Zunity Travel General Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the responsibilities and requirements for booking travel services with Zunity Travel. They form an integral part of the agreement between Zunity Travel and the traveler and apply to all bookings made through Zunity Travel.

1. Booking and Agreement

Booking Process: Travelers can book directly through the Zunity Travel website, by email, or by phone.

By signing the contract or providing payment details to complete a remote booking, you accept these terms and conditions.

Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the start of the travel unless otherwise specified.

2. Price and Inclusions

Inclusions: The price of the travel package generally includes transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements. Airport taxes, local guide services, and certain fees may be included if specified in the travel program.

Exclusions: Optional tours, visa processing fees, entrance fees, personal expenses, and special services (e.g., single rooms, special meals) are not included unless otherwise stated.

3. Price Adjustments and Cancellation Due to Price Changes

Currency and Cost Changes: Prices are based on current exchange rates and costs. Zunity Travel reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in currency rates, transportation costs, or supplier rates.

Cancellation Due to Price Increase: If the price increases by more than 10%, you may cancel without penalty within 48 hours of notification. If you do not cancel within this period, it will be considered that you accept the price change.

4. Discounts and Benefits

Discounts for children and other benefits are provided as described in the travel program, where applicable.

5. Travel Documentation

Required Documents: Depending on the type of travel (self-drive, bus, or flight), you will receive the necessary vouchers, travel program, and tickets.

6. Accommodation and Service Descriptions

Classification: Accommodation is described according to the official standards of the country where it is located. Variations in service standards are beyond the responsibility of Zunity Travel.

Room Assignments: Rooms are allocated by the accommodation provider. Check-in is usually after 2 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. Late arrivals must be communicated in advance.

7. Trip Cancellation

Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Admin fees of AED 100 will be charged.

  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.

  • Less than 8 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.

Early Booking Cancellations: Early booking promotional offers may be non-refundable, and full package costs may be retained except in the case of death.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance for accidents, illness, baggage loss, and medical coverage during travel is not included. It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase appropriate insurance.

Zunity Travel accepts no liability for incidents during travel where appropriate insurance coverage has not been obtained.

9. Cancellations or Changes by Zunity Travel

Minimum Participants: Zunity Travel reserves the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of participants is not met, no later than 5 days before departure.

Program Changes: Changes to the travel program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight schedule changes, security issues) may occur at the discretion of Zunity Travel. Such changes do not entitle travelers to any compensation or refund.

10. Travel Documents and Legal Requirements

Passport and Visa: You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents and visas.

Customs Regulations: Compliance with customs and foreign exchange regulations is your responsibility.

11. Health Requirements

Certain destinations may require vaccinations. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary health certifications.

12. Baggage

Air Travel: Free baggage allowance is subject to the policies of the respective airlines. Excess baggage charges apply.

13. Complaints

Procedure: Complaints about services should be reported immediately to the Zunity Travel representative or service provider. Written complaints must be submitted no later than 8 calendar days after the end of the trip. Complaints will be addressed within 15 days of receipt.

14. Responsibilities of Zunity Travel

Service Execution: Zunity Travel is responsible for providing services as described in the travel program and is not liable for errors or omissions beyond its control.

Replacement Services: If necessary, Zunity Travel will offer alternative solutions for any changes required by unforeseen circumstances.

15. Traveler’s Responsibilities

Compliance: You must comply with the travel program and terms, provide accurate information, and ensure that you meet the entry requirements for your destination.

Behavior: You are expected to behave appropriately, respect local laws and customs, and not disrupt the travel program or other travelers.

16. Custom Travel Programs and Individual Services

For tailor-made travel programs, the terms of cancellation and service conditions will apply as stated at the time of booking.

17. Personal Data Protection

Data Use: Personal data will be used to fulfill travel services and will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for service execution.

Marketing: Your data may be used for marketing purposes with your consent.

18. Final Provisions

By booking with Zunity Travel, you accept these terms and conditions. Any deviations must be stated in the travel program.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates.
